Work Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management
Work health and safety, quality and environmental management are at the forefront of all National Civil Co’s employees’ minds and are a fundamental approach to our work practices in all operations of the business.
National Civil Co operates under an integrated management system that has been developed to control our project management and administration processes. This means that employees use standardised procedures and common forms that avoid duplication and ensures consistent work across all our projects.
Secondly, the management system provides documentary evidence to our clients that National Civil Co’s management systems meet clients’ statutory and legal requirements on all projects that are carried out on their behalf.
National Civil Co’s systems manual describes our management systems for establishing and implementing health safety environmental and quality controls in our core business. The documentation of this systems manual is based primarily on the ‘high level structure’ format set by the International Standards, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2016 and ISO 9001:2016 for Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems respectively.
